Most AI automation shops are software people who learned real estate on a Zoom call. Durata AI is run by someone who has filed entitlement applications in California, assembled lender draw packages, signed off on owner statements, run CRM workflows for active brokerages, and managed vendor coordination on complex builds.

Tyson built Durata AI's first systems to automate the operational drag inside his own real estate companies. Then realized every operator he knew was bleeding the same hours into the same workflows. Durata AI is what came out of that.

Tyson also runs Durata Advisory, a pre-development risk and entitlement strategy practice, and Evolve Development Group, a principal development platform for luxury, urban infill, mixed-use, and institutional multifamily projects.
